On a recent outing, we attended a Flamenco dinner show and sat in a dimly lit dining room.  A piercing white spotlight drew attention to a beautiful dancer who was elegantly dressed in a long and lacy black and red dress.  She danced powerfully and deliberately to the sounds of the band’s Flamenco music, stomping her feet and clapping her hands,  which quickly captivated and transported us to the lounges of Southern Spain where you might see Gypsies performing their shows.  The music along with the color combination inspired this piece we appropriately named, “Flamenco Dancer”.
