Returns Instructions

Return for Resizing

​

To Return Your Gemstone Bracelet to have it resized, follow the steps below:

​

  • Ensure that the bracelet has no signs of damage or wear as we will not be responsible for any damage that occurred prior to receiving your gemstone bracelet into our studio.

  • Prior to sending your gemstone bracelet back to Aziza Bracelets, please contact us at CustomerService@AzizaBracelets.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) code.  The RA code is important and allows us to identify your return once it has been received at our studio.

  • Pack the gemstone bracelet in the original gift box along with the velvet pouch if possible.  If you no longer have the original gift box or velvet pouch, we highly suggest that you wrap your gemstone bracelet in bubble wrap.  Otherwise, wrap the gift box containing the gemstone bracelet in bubble wrap.

  • Pack the bubble wrapped Aziza Bracelet and its original gift box into a shipping carton.  We highly suggest a shipping carton with a minimum 5 x 5 x 3 inches (13 x 13 x 8 cm) to allow room for the bubble wrap.

  • Seal the box with shipping tape.  Scotch or masking tape is not strong enough to withstand transit and the box may open potentially losing your gemstone bracelet.

  • Ship the gemstone bracelet via a carrier that offers insurance and a tracking reference number.  This is very important to ensure you can track the whereabouts of your gemstone bracelet until it arrives back at our studio.

  • Upon receipt, Aziza Bracelets will inspect your gemstone bracelet and confirm condition via email within 24 hours.  If your gemstone bracelet is in good condition, we will resize your bracelet per your revised specifications within two business days following receipt.

Return for Credit or Refund

To Return Your Gemstone Bracelet for a refund or store credit, follow the steps below:

​

  • ​The gemstone bracelet must be packed in the original gift box along with the velvet pouch. 

  • Ensure that the gemstone bracelet has no signs of damage or wear.

  • Prior to sending your bracelet back to Aziza Bracelets, please contact us at CustomerService@AzizaBracelets.com to request a Return Authorization code.  This code is important to ensure your form of payment is properly credited.  We will only issue a Return Authorization if you are returning the gemstone bracelet within the 30 day window.  Note that 30 days is computed from the day you receive your order.  For US domestic returns, we allow seven business days from the time we issue you the Return Authorization for receipt.  For returns originating outside of the US, we allow 21 days for receipt.  The intent is to allow you sufficient time to properly pack and ship the gemstone bracelet back to us.

  • Wrap the Aziza Bracelet and its original gift box in bubble wrap to help prevent damage in transit.

  • Pack the bubble wrapped Aziza Bracelet and its original gift box into a shipping carton.  We highly suggest a shipping carton with a minimum 5 x 5 x 3 inches (13 x 13 x 8 cm) to allow room for the bubble wrap.

  • Upon receipt, Aziza Bracelets will inspect your gemstone bracelet and confirm condition via email within 24 hours and issue credit accordingly.  Please note that some banking institutions may take anywhere from three to five business days to issue your credit.
