Your gemstone bracelet is custom made to your exact specifications which include your wrist size and desired fit. It generally takes two business days to assemble your gemstone bracelet to our high quality standards. Depending on where you are located, shipping can take anywhere from 1 - 5 days domestically within the continental US or up to 14 days internationally. It is your responsibility to provide an acurate "ship-to" address.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.
Duties and Fees on International Orders
Your order may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties and/or taxes. Due to the complexity of international laws, we do not include those fees on orders. As such, you are responsible for paying any local customs and duties on your order as instructed by your local authority. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
